Troubleshooting

Problem: The counter appears as a large block of HTML code instead of numeric images.
Reason: Your web editing software added the counter code as web text instead of adding to the HTML code.
Solution: Re-open your web page and select the option to "view source". Then re-paste the counter code into the source.

Problem: The counter suddenly stopped working.
Reason: You may have edited the original counter code.
Solution: Re-Register and install a new counter, making sure not to alter the counter code at all.

Problem: After installation, all the images are broken.
Reason: Improper installation or wrong URL entered.
